Nairobi/Amboseli
Pick up from your hotel at 7.00am and drive to Amboseli National Park at the foot of the snowcapped Mt Kilimanjaro in time for lunch in your hotel. After lunch we have afternoon gamedrive with Mt. Kilimanjaro in the backdrop. Amboseli (392 sq km) is not a big park but supported by swamp vegetation it harbours elephants, buffaloes, hippos, lions, cheetahs, hyenas, jackals, gazelles, wildebeests, warthogs, zebras, ostriches and Masai giraffes in the background of the magnificent snow caped Mt. Kilimanjaro. The waters from melted snow find their way down the mountain under lava flows and surface on the Amboseli plains in form of swamps. Overnight at Kibo Safari Camp (LD)

Amboseli / Tsavo West
Early morning drive to Tsavo West National Park. We visit Chyulu Hills and stop-over at Mzima Springs where from an underwater observation chamber it is literally possible to watch a hippo or crocodile swim along the floor of this crystal clear spring.
